Return and Exchange Policy

We understand the importance of well-fitting underwear. If you find that the size of the underwear you purchased is not suitable and you need to exchange for a different size, we are happy to provide you with an exchange service. Orders for returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:

(a) Apply for return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the goods;

(b) The purchased product does not fit properly;

(c) Products can only be exchanged for other sizes of the same style and color;

(d) Products must be returned in complete packaging, with all brand labels intact (if any);

(e) Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any damage caused by humans (including stains, spots, and odors);

(f) No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any non-defective or damaged products, including minor differences in subjective satisfaction, size or measurement, color difference, minor wear or loose threads, or dye smell of textiles, or any damage caused after purchase;

(g) No returns or exchanges will be accepted for all underwear products;

(h) All returns must be sent at the customer's expense and are non-refundable.

You only need to send an email to Latarte Bra Returns Center (info@la-tarte.online) with your order number and contact phone number to submit a return or exchange request, and our dedicated personnel will handle it for you. The process is easy and simple, so there's no need to worry!

After receiving your return package, we will process and ship your new product within 10-20 business days. This depends on the inventory status and transportation time in your country or region.

Please ensure that your return or exchange order meets all the above conditions before returning the goods. If the conditions are not met, Latarte Bra reserves the right to refuse any exchange service. Any returned products that do not meet the conditions will not be returned or further processed.

Order Cancellation

We apologize that we do not accept any changes or cancellations for regular orders unless the products are sold out. If the products are sold out and the supplier is unable to restock, we will contact you by email or phone and provide a full refund.
