Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Delivery

For orders in Hong Kong, you can choose to have them shipped directly to SF Express stations, SF Express smart lockers, commercial addresses, or residential addresses according to your needs. Unless otherwise specified, all orders from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan will be delivered by SF Express. All orders require 7 business days (Monday to Friday) for handling and shipping, excluding special days/holidays.

Estimated delivery time for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan is 1-3 business days for express delivery. Free shipping is available for single orders of HKD 399 or above, or an additional shipping fee of HKD 70 will be charged for single orders below HKD 399.

International Delivery

Free shipping is available for single orders of HKD 899 or above in Asia, and HKD 3000 or above for international regions. Otherwise, additional shipping fees will be charged (depending on the region).

Delivery Time

The shipping days listed are for reference only. Depending on the actual situation in the destination country or region, it may take longer in some areas. Refusal of Delivery

If your order has been confirmed and you refuse to accept the delivery of Latarte Bra's goods under any circumstances, you will be responsible for paying the original shipping fee, all import or customs duties, and return shipping fees. This amount will be deducted from your order refund.

Import and Customs Duties

Depending on the destination of the goods, international shipping may incur import and customs duties. The recipient will be responsible for paying all import duties and taxes, which should be paid to the carrier upon delivery. Please make sure you understand and agree to the customs policies of your country before placing an order. All related fees are non-refundable. Latarte Bra will not be responsible for unfulfilled orders due to unpaid import duties and taxes. We cannot make any exceptions, thank you for your understanding.
